Brian Langstraat, CFA
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Langstraat is responsible for Parametric's firm-wide strategy and organizational development. Since joining Parametric in 1990, he has held positions in portfolio management, product development, portfolio administration, marketing, and client service. Mr. Langstraat received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington.

Andrew Abramsky
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Abramsky is responsible for managing Parametric's Operations - including investment, back office, technology and business administration. Mr. Abramsky joined Parametric in 1997 from PIMCO where he was Manager of Investment Support. Previously, he was a Vice President at Trust Company of the West. He started his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert and has over 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Abramsky holds a B.S. in Finance from St. Johns University.

Luke Britton
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Britton is responsible for technology at Parametric, including strategy, implementation and operations. Prior to joining Parametric in 2000, Mr. Britton served as the Director of Software Development for a Seattle-based healthcare software company. Mr. Britton earned an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from Lewis and Clark College.

Ross Chapin
Director - Business Development

Mr. Chapin oversees business, product, and partner development. Prior to joining Parametric, Ross co-founded and managed a family-office sponsored private equity firm, Orca Bay Partners. Before forming Orca Bay, he held similar senior positions in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance with Capstan Partners, Ragen MacKenzie and Paine Webber. Mr. Chapin earned an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Denison University.

Steve Kauffman, CFA
Director - Overlay Portfolio Management

Mr. Kauffman oversees all aspects of Parametric's OverlayOne offering. Prior to joining Parametric, Mr. Kauffman was Associate Vice President, Senior Consulting Group Analyst - Salomon Smith Barney and Futures & Options Trader - Columbia Futures Group. Mr. Kauffman received his BA Business Administration - Finance & Japanese, University of Washington.

Aaron Singleton
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Singleton joined Parametric in 2001 and has acted in the capacity of Vice President of Finance, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Singleton's responsibilities include overseeing Administration, Compliance, and Accounting. Prior to joining Parametric, Mr. Singleton served as an Investment Associate with Orca Bay Partners in Seattle. Mr. Singleton holds a BA in Business Administration - Accounting from the University of Washington and is a Washington State CPA-Inactive.

Shalamar Kanemoto
Operations Manager

Ms. Kanemoto is responsible for managing Parametric’s Operations Team. She is focused on managing, directing, and coordinating all operations activities including reconciliation, corporate actions, pricing, and performance. Prior to joining Parametric in 1999, she was a project manager for Dynamic Language Center, Ltd., a language translation company. Ms. Kanemoto graduated from the School of Business Administration – University of Washington, with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Megan Keaty
Account Services Manager

Ms. Keaty is responsible for managing Parametric’s Account Services Group – the Parametric team responsible for opening new accounts, directing cash flows, and communicating non-investment information to clients. Prior to joining Parametric in 2004, she was an Analyst at Harris myCFO in San Francisco. Ms. Keaty received her B.B.A in Marketing from Gonzaga University.
